FRESH AIR – Getting outside into the fresh air, every day is invigorating and life promoting. Breathe deeply, ahhhh.
MEDITATION – Taking time to “smell the roses” is a real thing, allow the space to let your thoughts go and just “be” in the moment as often as you can.
